1.Product Description

Designed specifically for installation scenarios with limited space, the rectangular counterbore pot magnet features a rectangular stainless steel shell enclosing a high-grade NdFeB magnetic core. Compared to round pot magnets, it is better suited for fixing long equipment edges and profile slots.

The double counterbore design at both ends supports direct installation with M3-M8 screws for flush mounting, keeping the surface flat without protrusions that affect equipment appearance or use. The stainless steel shell not only protects the magnetic core from impact and corrosion but also effectively concentrates the magnetic field to reduce leakage and improve vertical adsorption force. With a temperature resistance of over 100℃, it adapts to complex working conditions such as humidity, oil pollution, and high temperatures.

The surface is polished or nickel-plated, smooth and burr-free, with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm. It supports full-spec customization of length, width, thickness, counterbore position, and adsorption force, and can produce non-standard models according to customer drawings to meet various personalized fixation needs.
